I'm Stacey.
After a long journey as an executive in Corporate America, followed by owning and operating my real estate business for 15 years, I’ve learned how long hours and stress can take a toll on our health. It takes intention and work on multiple fronts to achieve a balanced state of well-being. But it’s so worth it!
From young mom to executive and entrepreneur to empty-nester, I’ve found that each phase of my life has offered me valuable teachings and personal insights that have played an important role in how I approach my wellness journey today.
As a certified integrative health coach, I’m passionate about helping others understand the multidimensional nature of wellness. By sharing supportive tools and resources, I want to help you feel more empowered to create a more balanced, connected and fulfilling life.
I’ve come to understand that this journey never ends. Whether you’re just dipping your toe into the wellness world or already consider yourself a wellness warrior, I’m honored to navigate this path with you.

The four elements of nature - Earth, Water, Air and Fire - are the foundations of life as we know it. Each element represents a different aspect of health and well-being. When one aspect of our well-being is out of sync, it can disrupt other areas of our lives.
As we learn and understand how the elements work together to influence our well-being, we grow more self-aware and confident.

MENTAL HEALTH
Like the intangible and constantly moving nature of AIR, our minds are ever-active with thoughts, curiosity and creativity. Mindfulness and self-awareness of your thoughts are powerful practices.

Influencing your mental health are the thoughts, beliefs and personal narratives you have about yourself and about the world. This is your filter for how you experience life and engage with others.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Like the flow of WATER, we cannot control the waves of life. Engaging with our emotions helps us achieve greater self-awareness and build resilience to handle the inevitable changes that come our way.​

Conditions that affect emotional health include the ability to be present with yourself; awareness, understanding and processing of emotions; understanding how you relate to yourself and others.

SPIRITUAL HEALTH
Just as FIRE requires fuel to sustain its flame, spiritual health thrives on introspection, connection with higher principles and the pursuit of meaning and purpose. ​

Nourishing spiritual health includes having a sense of purpose and belief in something greater than yourself, feeling that life has meaning, and alignment of your values with your thoughts, words and actions.
