Kick off 2025 with a special sound bath to ground yourself and set intentions for the new year!

 

EXPERIENCE an immersive full body meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other sound instruments to balance your body, mind and spirit. ALLOW the soothing sounds and vibrations to lead you into a deep state of relaxation, helping to ease stress and activate your body’s natural healing and restorative abilities. Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring water and if you prefer, an eye mask and your own yoga mat.
