Dialing into the power of small group dynamics guided by a structured learning format, In Your Element Women’s Wellness Circles provide a sacred space to connect with women who are as invested as you are in designing the next best chapter of their lives.

 

Catering to different learning preferences, we’ll delve into thoughtfully curated multimedia learning materials to explore the facets of multi-dimensional health and the benefits of nurturing connection in our lives, harmonizing our body’s systems and embracing the power of lifestyle medicine.

 

The only pre-requisite? A sense of curiosity and a love of personal development and learning in an energizing environment that supports the open exchange of ideas and experiences.

Enlightening reads & listens. Dive into a hand-picked selection of wellness books, podcasts, docuseries and online master classes that spark inspiration and take you deeper into your wellness journey. Topics cover physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellness and how they intersect. (More details below!)

Genuine, open-hearted dialogue. Meeting every other week, we’ll engage in rich, meaningful conversations around wellness and personal growth. We’ll discuss ways to integrate what we learn into our daily lives. Through the organic exchange of our different perspectives and experiences, we’ll learn from each other as we share and grow together.

Supportive community. Wellness Circles foster a sense of community and belonging where you’re supported and empowered by other women to learn, grow and thrive. Together, with 6-8 new friends traveling a similar path, we’ll navigate life and our unique wellness journeys.

Accelerated personal growth. Beyond discussions, we’ll engage in various activities and exercises to enhance learning and promote personal growth. These may include reflective exercises, goal-setting activities, mindfulness practices, journaling prompts and group experiences. By actively participating in these activities, you’ll deepen your understanding of wellness topics and develop practical skills and strategies to apply in your life.

Over the course of six months, we’ll explore a curated selection of readings, podcasts, and discussions on some of the most fascinating and impactful topics in wellness:

In this upcoming circle, through our agenda of books and podcasts and guided discussions, we will explore such topics as:

  • Longevity secrets - Discover what the world’s longest-living communities have in common and how to apply their practices to your life.

  • Epigenetics - Understand why your genes are not your destiny and how your choices and environment can influence your health.

  • Foundations of lifestyle medicine - Learn evidence-based strategies to optimize your physical and mental health through small, sustainable changes.

  • Embracing imperfection - Explore how accepting and celebrating our imperfections can lead to greater happiness and fulfillment.

  • Inner peace - Discover how surrendering negative emotions and attachments allows us to experience greater peace and freedom. 

  • The mind-body connection - Uncover how your thoughts and emotions shape your life and the role of energy in creating your reality.

The agenda also includes two integration weeks with time to catch up if needed, and integration exercises to further discuss and blend lessons from the previous weeks.

How it works:

  • Biweekly gatherings: We’ll meet every two weeks for engaging. discussions, guided reflections, and opportunities to share insights. Meetings will be held at In Your Element Wellness Center at 11272 S. Ridgeview Rd, 3rd Floor, Olathe KS.

  • Integration weeks: These pause points allow us to reflect even further on how the materials fit together and how to apply them in real life.

  • Introspective and hands-on exercises: Thought-provoking activities will help you integrate the concepts and deepen your personal growth.
